What should I bring?
Swimsuit, towel, hat, sunglasses and reef-safe sunscreen. Bring your own mask, snorkel and fins: they are not provided (a few spares on board). Some water and a waterproof camera!
Do I need to know how to swim?
Most of the tour is in shallow lagoon water. If you are not comfortable in the water, tell the captain when you arrive.
What is the cancellation policy?
Up to 72 hours before your tour: refund minus a 2,000 F cancellation fee. Less than 72 hours before, no-show or late at pick-up: no refund.
What if the weather is bad?
For your safety, the tour may be postponed or cancelled. You then choose another date or get a refund.
Can children come?
Yes! Reduced price under 10 and free under 3. Tell us the children’s ages when booking.
How do I pay?
The full price is paid when booking, in XPF (no euros or dollars).
I’m staying on a motu, how does it work?
The boat picks up motu guests from 8:30 am. Motu Auira: get dropped at Tereia beach; Motu Paeao: on the main island. See the map above.
